Chemiviro offers complete insect control services to all properties. Our control methods are effective to flying and crawling insects both indoor and outdoor.

Application methods are consistent with Integrated Pest Management (IPM) which emphasis safety to people pets and the environment while elimination of the identified pest an objective.

We conduct an inspection of the property with the assistance of the client and then recommend the application method. Our well trained technicians understand the biology, territorial behaviour and habits of the pests this include feeding habits, reproductive capacity and potential.

Our innovative insect control methods are as follows:

Residual Spraying
It is by far the most common insect control method as it offers an active treatment with rapid knock down and residual effect.

We only apply insecticides that are SABS approved and registered with The Dept. Agriculture as per Act 36 of 1947 thus ensuring that they are only effective to the target pests and causes no harm to humans, pets, plants and the environment. Pesticides are odourless, colourless and non irritant and can be applied in sensitive areas like hospitals food processing areas etc.
Efficient pump action of spraying equipment ensures that the pesticides are evenly distributed in the areas including hard reaching spots.

Space Fumigation
It is a fumigant action which works in a vapour phase. This takes place in an area with closed doors and windows with no ventilation. The aerosol is released from the container. The room is left for at least 6 hours before entry is allowed.

This method is ideal and effective in heavily infested areas where the population of the pest needs to be reduced dramatically. The aerosol is able to penetrate cracks and crevices and reach deep and shallow insect harbourages and nests.

Cockroach Gel Bait
It is the latest cockroach control method with high effectiveness and fast action. Gel bait is ideal for application in restricted areas where residual spraying is limited like hospitals, food processing areas and microelectronics facilities.

It is active and effective for long period and does not evaporate and is odourless 

The bait is an attractant to cockroaches and ensuring maximum contact.
